Advertising on this site

Merkkilaskuri.com offers its tools free of charge. So that we can maintain and develop the site and keep it free, we show advertisements on the pages.

Where do the ads come from?

Ads are served through a third-party ad network such as Google AdSense. Advertisers get no access to the text you type, because the text is processed only in your own browser.

Cookies and targeting

Ad networks may use cookies to display, measure and target ads. Third parties, including Google, may use cookies to show you more relevant ads based on your previous visits. You can manage ad personalisation in Google's ad settings or opt out of third-party cookies at aboutads.info.

Ad placement

We try to place ads so they don't get in the way of using the tools. We don't show misleading ads or ads that imitate the site's own buttons.
